FAQ

  • How long will it take to receive my order?  My current turn around time is 1 week, which means that your order will be made and shipped out within 1 week.  Priority shipping takes 2-4 business days.
  • Is there a way to expedite my order?  Yes, you can select USPS Express in the shipping options to have it delivered in 3-5 business days.  If you are unsure if you will have something in time, please email me and I can help.
  • What is your return policy?  Because all my items are custom made as well as made to order, I don't accept returns unless I've made a mistake (misspelled name, wrong age, etc.). In the case that I've made a mistake, email me right away (twistintwirlintutus@gmail.com) and I will get a new item made immediately and ship it out right away.  Also, please note that I am not responsible for lost or late packages once I ship them out.  I don't have any control over the postal service so I can't be hels liable.  I do ship everything out Priority, so it automatically comes with insurance (up to$100) if they lose or damage your package.  You would have to file a claim through USPS.
  • There is something specific I'm looking for and don't see it on your site.  Will you do custom work and how much does it cost?  Yes, if you want something specific, you can click the custom request button from the menu to contact me.  I don't charge anything for making a custom design so it would be the same price as all the other items on my site.  You can also email me at twistintwirlintutus@gmail.com and send me pictures of what you'd like.
  • I see a design I like, but don't see a "bundle" or matching family shirts for it.  What can I do?  Contact me using the "contact us" option or email me at twistintwirlintutus@gmail.com and I will be happy to create family shirt or a customized bundle for you.
  • Do you ever offer discounts, promotions, or deals?  Yes!  Make sure to like our Facebook page and follow us on Instagram and Pinterest for promotions, coupon codes and new items.  I haven't quite entered the Twitter world, but plan to eventually.
  • Where are you located?  I am located in Wisconsin, but I ship worldwide.
  • How come I can't find a phone number to your business?  I am a stay-at-home mom running my business.  Twistin Twirlin Tutus is not a large company, so I don't have a business phone number.  I only have a personal phone number and don't feel comfortable publishing it online.
  • Is this website legit?  Yes!  Again, I am a stay-at-home mom trying to help make ends meet.  I ran an extremely successful 5-star Etsy shop, and have now decided to fly solo.  I had over 7,000 sales in 2 years and was getting tired of paying so much money in fees.  I never let a customer go unhappy.
