All puffy sleeve tees are 100% cotton.  I use a professional heat press to transfer the image, NOT a home iron.  I will personalize it with your child's name and age for no additional cost.  The puffy sleeve tee is available in sizes 12 month - size 12.  I have the same brand shirts in a tank top style as well as long sleeved.  Carter's brand bodysuits are also available in sizes newborn - 24 month.  I also carry youth unisex t-shirts in sizes S-XL. Please see the size charts below and choose your options in the drop down menus.
